Privacy Policy
This policy explains what My Linked Card, a product of Rampartech, collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect what we need to run the product and nothing to sell.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email and sign-in information.
- Card content — what you put on your cards. Published cards are public by design.
- Contacts shared with you — details people choose to send you through your card, with a record of their consent.
- Card analytics — taps, scans, views, saves and clicks, with device type and approximate location (city level). We use a random first-party visitor ID and do not store IP addresses with these events.
- Orders and billing — shipping addresses for physical cards. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run your cards and account, show you analytics, make and ship physical cards, send the emails you ask us to send (like follow-ups), keep the service secure, and support you. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the product (hosting, email delivery, payments, card production and shipping), under contracts that limit their use to providing the service; and authorities when the law requires it.
Minors
Cards for people under 18 never show a phone number, email or address publicly, require a parent or guardian's approval to go live, and have contact exchange off unless a parent turns it on.
Your choices
- Edit or unpublish your cards at any time.
- Export or delete the contacts you've collected.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account.
- If you shared your details with a card owner, ask them — or us — to remove them.
Retention and security
We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period after, unless the law requires longer. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to the people who need it.
