Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of My Linked Card, a product of Rampartech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, publishing a card or ordering physical cards, you agree to them. If you use My Linked Card for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
1. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use the service; cards for people under 18 require a parent or guardian's approval before they go live.
2. Your cards and content
You own what you put on your cards. You give us permission to host, display and transmit it so the service works — for example, to show your card to people who tap or scan it. Don't publish anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful, or anything you don't have the right to share.
Handles are first come, first served. We may reclaim a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is inactive for an extended period.
3. Contacts you collect
When people share their details with you through your card, you are responsible for using them lawfully — including honoring requests to stop contacting them and following the anti-spam laws that apply to you.
4. Plans, billing and trials
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless canceled first.
- Team plans are billed per seat; seat changes are prorated.
- Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
5. Physical cards
NFC cards are made to order from the design and proof you approve, so please check names and spelling carefully. Cards that arrive damaged or misprinted against the approved proof are replaced at no cost. Each card's link is permanent while your account is active; you can switch a card off at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, send spam through it, or access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll let you know before it takes effect. Questions? Contact us.
